To create a 360º campaign that would increase customer acquisition by a) eliminating customer choice paralysis, b) refreshing site content to better communicate Lick Home's proposition, c) promote high CTR to product pages, and d) activate customers via an out-of-the-box event.
“Meet your Match” is a 360º brand campaign concept with the primary aim of increasing customer acquisition by eliminating a common customer-facing blocker: choosing the right colour or wallpaper pattern. The focus was on three main goals as part of the campaign objective: refreshing site content to better communicate the brand proposition, paid social adverts to help increase CTR to product pages, and an out-of-the-box customer activation idea.
Through developing the customer journey funnel, the potential customer will engage with inspiring visuals, conversational copy, and interactive initiatives that address the three asks above. It was essential to ensure that the Brand Promises were met throughout the journey.
Using online dating/matchmaking as the strategic vessel, most traffic would funnel through social and partnership creative down to an interactive landing page or app, where the customer would go through Tinder-style matchmaking to find their perfect product based on personality-describing adjectives. The customer would then get to the product page of the site, where authentic UGC and updated visuals would help convert the customer.
Lastly, a pop-up store acts as a container for a multitude of different offline engagement ideas and tactics to be executed as a limited time activation event. The goal is to engage leads by showcasing current products, test, product innovation, and to build community through various classes and mini-events.
